What I collect

A booking inquiry stores your name, email, shoot type, date, message, guest or team size, whether it is a corporate or brand event, any promo code, and the package price shown at the time you wrote. That saved price is not changed if a package price is edited later.

Inquiries are emailed to haroldaphotos@gmail.com. The reply-to address is the email you submit. Client catalogs store your name, email, and private photographs. A catalog stays online for 14 days after delivery. Private catalog files are scheduled for deletion three months after delivery unless the studio records a retention exception. Opening the gallery does not extend either date.

The mailing list stores your email, an optional name, and whether you joined from the popup or the footer. Joining the list sends a code for 10% off a first booking. That code is shown after you sign up.

Card deposits, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Proof galleries and client catalogs store the photographs and access details needed to deliver a job.

If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, those records also include the visit details below. If you choose essential only, those fields are left empty.

Cookies

• harold_consent — essential. Remembers Accept all, Essential only, or your custom choice for one year.
• harold_subscribed — essential. Set for one year after you join the mailing list so the signup popup stays hidden. It does not store your email.
• harold_attr — only after you allow analytics or marketing. One first-party cookie with the promo code you were given, first-touch and last-touch campaign source, medium, and name, the referring site, landing page, first visit date, visit count, and packages you opened. Kept for one year.
• admin_session — essential, and only set if you log in at /admin. It keeps that session for 7 days.

Analytics

Vercel Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. Google Analytics 4 loads only when analytics is allowed and NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is set. The Meta Pixel loads only when marketing is allowed and NEXT_PUBLIC_META_PIXEL_ID is set. None of them run if you choose essential only.

When they are allowed, the site can record popup_view, signup, package_click, inquire_click, booking_view, scheduler_open, booking_submit, inquiry_submit, and instagram_click. Analytics does not receive your email, catalog link, or private photographs. Visits to admin and client catalogs are not sent.

Deletion

Email haroldaphotos@gmail.com from the address you used. Say whether you want the booking inquiry, the mailing-list entry, or both removed. I will delete the matching studio records.
